You'll be a member of the Advisory Services business, reporting directly to the Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound calls from retirement plan participants looking for assistance with financial planning.
- You will also support investment advisory services reputed company our call center.
- Making warm outbound calls to customers expressing interest in the creation of a financial advisory program.
- Participating in the process of setting up new accounts and maintaining accounts for customers.
- Recording account openings accurately and other transactions in our record keeping database.
- Explaining employer-based retirement plan requirements and basic IRS regulations reputed company to 401(k) transactions to retirement plan participants.
- Interacting with customers for account questions and updating account information as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries on reputed company issues and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- You will also provide product and service literature upon requests.
Requirements
- Series 65 or 66 required
- Experience in delivering financial planning and investment advisory services.
- Educate callers on reputed company retirement and investment concepts is necessary.
- Experience building rapport and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Utilize conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts and clarify reputed company information.
- Listen to customers to understand both articulated and unarticulated needs.
