As the Senior Clinical Manager, Clinical Operations (Dedicated Workplace Team), you'll reputed company and reputed company a high-performing team of clinical managers and clinicians who provide on-site services at our employer partners' workplaces. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for the operational health and quality of your assigned programs, empowering your team to deliver exceptional mental health services that have a meaningful impact on both employees and organizations. You'll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Operations. What you’ll do: Team Leadership & Development:

  • reputed company, mentor, and manage a team of clinical managers and clinician skip level reports to deliver exceptional mental health support to the members we serve
  • Interview, hire, reputed company, train, deliver feedback, and support the professional growth of team members
  • Foster a connected team and facilitate best practice adoption
  • Monitor quality of service delivery for the clinical team under your leadership and deliver reputed company feedback and coaching to grow your team’s skills and performance

  • Serve as a clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with teams across Implementation, reputed company and Business Intelligence to optimize programs and processes

  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring: Experience:

  • 5+ years of leadership and management experience, including managing through layers of teams of 40+ required
  • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or EAP settings firmly required
  • Start-up experience firmly required
  • Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN) firmly required
  • Adept at collaborating with external customers to understand their needs and collaborate on solutions
  • Track record of building and growing high performing teams, mentoring leaders and frontline team members
  • High sense of urgency and results focus combined with a service orientation
  • Naturally reputed company in breaking barriers to get things done with speed and quality
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely, reputed company and engage a team, and be highly attuned to the organizational culture
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy

The reputed company reputed company salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
