BI and Data Developer

POSITION SUMMARY The BI and Data Specialist is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and reputed company. The specialist collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions that support operational excellence and business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Intelligence Development

• Design, reputed company, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Create data visualizations that effectively communicate reputed company information to various audiences
• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis

Technical Documentation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or reputed company field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reputed company field
• Proven experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
• Strong background in SQL and database management

• Track record of delivering BI solutions that drive business value

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar)
• Advanced SQL skills for reputed company queries and database management
• Experience with data modeling and dimensional design
• Proficiency in ETL tools and processes (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, etc.)
