Program Architect AWS Connect

About the position This position is responsible for providing architectural leadership and decision-making on reputed company CCaaS Connect implementation strategic program. The successful candidate will ensure alignment of solution design, delivery, and governance across work-streams, managing dependencies and escalating risks that reputed company the broader transformation initiative. This resource will be part of the Solution Architecture team reputed company the Application Architecture and Reliability Tower of the Digital Grid Operation Organization. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills. Additionally, this position works collaboratively with a team to reputed company concepts, strategies, and tactical processes amid evolving grid operations and landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on reputed company CCaaS Connect from an architectural, solution, & design perspective for the entire program and be able to represent architectural, solution, & design decisions at the program level
• Coordinate architecture activities across reputed company projects to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise and domain guidance
• Translate enterprise and domain guidance into coordinated execution, ensuring that solution design, delivery, and governance are reputed company across work-streams
• Ensure consistency of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) across work-streams, mitigating cross-project design conflicts
• Track technical risk and design debt at the program level, identifying and escalating risks that reputed company the broader transformation initiative

• Maintain a Program Architecture Plan that maps solution blueprints to enterprise principles

• Ensure updates to architecture repositories reflect the aggregate learning from the program
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Technical Staff to ensure that system designs, solutions, and processes align with and support Enterprise Architecture
• Shape the solution Architecture roadmap through the application of technology, domain/program, industry, and organizational capability expertise
• Drive implementation of large-scale enterprise programs, ensuring alignment between Architecture and program objectives
• Participate in the Architecture Review Board (ARB), including: Participate in the discussion and approval of reputed company projects, procedures, and policies presented to the ARB
• Represent reputed company the program-reputed company architectural solutions in ARB
• Participate in Enterprise Solution Review Board
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with Enterprise Architecture Strategies
• Speak to the collaborative design of the solution and key decisions made for the design
• Work with various Technology Organizations to produce and plan the Enterprise/Solution Architecture Strategies & Guidelines for areas including, but not limited to: Application Development (Cloud and On-premises Applications) Customer off-the-reputed company application implementation and upgrades Design systems in serverless computing models, microservices & Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) Design application data models and reputed company reviews of Solution Architecture artifacts Provide highly scalable, distributed, high-performing, highly available, disaster recovery supported, and robust architecture for applications of various languages like Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc. Cloud DevOps Containerization Platforms (Includes OpenShift on AWS, Azure & reputed company Cloud etc.) Cloud Network Components (VPC, Subnets, Transit Gateway, Firewalls etc.) Cloud Storage Components (Relational, Non-Relational & Object Storage) Cloud reputed company Components (reputed company Policy Enforcements, IAM, Identity Federation etc.) Cloud Infrastructure Automation (Cloud Formation, Terraform etc.) Cloud-based solution estimation Create and/or validate the cloud-based elements of a design for projects a fellow Architect is the primary architect on
• Participate in vendor and product selection process on cloud-focused and non-cloud-focused initiatives
• Participate in the Technology Strategy team Product Roadmap Initiative by providing recommendations for new products, consolidation, prioritization, decommission, implementation timing, and dependencies
• Participate in the open form discussions around IT reputed company (especially on Cloud reputed company) regarding the changing threat landscape, evaluate risk, and provide recommended changes to defense postures
• Integrate with technology capability project teams to: Produce Architecture artifacts Assist with high-level and low-level designs Ensure architecture guidelines & policies are followed Ensure industry best practices are followed Ensure regulatory, legal or policy requirements are followed Formulate acceptable processes and use cases Ensure solution will deliver reputed company functional & non-functional requirements Ensure solution allows team(s) to remain cyber safe & secure Validate design vs. as-built architecture at the completion of projects

Requirements

• Minimum 10 or more years experience in IT Application Development
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecting applications and solutions
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a reputed company Architect in reputed company projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT Architectural teams
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in architecting reputed company CCaaS solutions
• Required AWS Professional Solutions Architect certification
• Advanced understanding of application development, reputed company code management & DevOps practices
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of IT risks, cyber reputed company, and computer operating software
• Candidates should have excellent documentation, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to self-initiate projects, analyze, and deliver strategic architecture assessments / recommendations on time and reputed company budget
