Why This Role is Critical

Our Customer Service Agents are the reputed company line of our business, ensuring the reputed company success and growth of arenaflex. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for generating leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients' customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Work

In this varied and versatile position, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer questions about products and services
• Cultivating interest in visitors to leave contact details
• Conducting up to 3 chat conversations simultaneously
• Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
• Consulting various systems to answer customer questions accurately and quickly
• Entering contact details of leads into our systems

Flexibility

You'll work 40 hours a week, in shifts between 7 am and midnight Amsterdam time, 7 days a week. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the world, with the option to work from home. You must be available for at least 12 months and be willing to work during reputed company for the first weeks of training and induction.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

* Be responsible for the care of our French-speaking customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to their feedback

• Work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in reputed company reputed company and customer service
• Serve small and large companies based on complexity and service level
• Qualify leads and deliver excellent customer service through different means of communication

Daily Responsibilities

* Communicating with a range of customers – answering questions and generating leads

• E-mailing leads and escalations to clients and processing refunds and returns in their ecommerce systems
