Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing support tickets, updating account access, welcoming new users, and ensuring compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Triage: Review and prioritize incoming support tickets, gather additional information, link to existing issues, communicate with requestors, and assign tickets to the appropriate team.
• Account Access Updates: Manage revisions to access permissions, remove users, and reputed company changes reputed company to Broker of Record (BOR) changes and user removals.
• Notification of Account Creation: Welcome new users by sending reputed company communications that include training materials and registration information.
