Job Overview

This is a part-time, contract position until January 24th, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the success of arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing support tickets, updating account access, welcoming new users, and ensuring compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Ticket Triage: Review and prioritize incoming support tickets, gather additional information, link to existing issues, communicate with requestors, and assign tickets to the appropriate team.
  • Account Access Updates: Manage revisions to access permissions, remove users, and reputed company changes reputed company to Broker of Record (BOR) changes and user removals.
  • Notification of Account Creation: Welcome new users by sending reputed company communications that include training materials and registration information.
  • Zoho Desk (Help Desk) Monitoring: Monitor open help desk tickets for compliance with SLAs, follow up with teams to ensure timely resolution, and address any tickets at risk of breaching SLA standards.
  • Upsell Additions: Update user access and notify external parties reputed company upsell additions occur.
  • Hand-Off Calls: Participate in Project Manager (PM) hand-off calls for new go-lives, understand organization-specific details and user access needs, and follow up with clients by providing training materials and registration information.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of client-facing customer support experience.
