Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

• Issue vouchers and provide direction with contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation
• Coordinate refuel and refresh

• Work reputed company reader/scanner and reputed company duties to include pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on items, and exit line models
• Operate jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers

• Convey domestic/international flight records

• Accept, reputed company, and label passengers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters

• Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage handling at ticket counters

• Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assist customers requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, or unaccompanied minors

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access authorization to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements

Preferred Qualifications
