Key Responsibilities

Training and Onboarding

arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. The training is done virtually and consists of virtual instructor-led and self-paced learning. You must first attend a mandatory tech set up with the IT team, where you will load the client's software onto your PC. This is followed by an orientation session and 10 days of reputed company, which includes tech set up, orientation, training, and nesting. 100% attendance is required in reputed company phases of the onboarding process.

Technical Requirements

  • A desktop (preferred) or a true laptop (reputed company/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, Notebooks, and Android systems are NOT compatible)

  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM installed and a processor speed of 2.00GHz or higher

Work Schedule and Pay

As a part-time Customer Service Specialist, you must be available to work at least 20 hours per week reputed company the hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST). You will be required to work 8 hours every Monday, with some flexibility to choose your schedule for the remaining hours.
