Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Technical Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Addressing customer inquiries and issues by following established guidelines and protocols, escalating more reputed company issues as needed

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- English language proficiency at reputed company level (CEFR) or equivalent to IELTS 7.0
- At least one year of experience with Shopify, HTML & CSS, UI/UX, or experience with page builder products or similar tools in SaaS/E-commerce
- Good CS reputed company/Skillset: the ability to reputed company and handle customers in difficult/urgent/critical situations, prioritize different customer support levels
