The Role

As a Digital Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, helping them find the perfect RV or outdoor gear for their next adventure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers through inbound chats in a timely manner, providing personalized support and guidance to help them reputed company their outdoor goals
• Assisting customers in identifying RVs that fit their needs, and scheduling appointments with our dealership specialists to ensure a seamless purchasing experience
• Improving customer experience by supporting and encouraging their decision to participate in the RV community, and providing resources to help them reputed company informed purchasing decisions
• Maintaining brand consistency by directing customers to relevant resources and ensuring a cohesive brand experience
• Achieving established performance goals, including resolving customer issues quickly and effectively

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A strong commitment to customer experience and a passion for providing exceptional support
• The ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

• PC keyboarding and internet experience, with a typing speed of > 55 WPM

• Past professional experience and accomplished employment history, with a strong track record of customer service and support
