Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals to ensure successful service delivery.
- Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Key Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on retail and restaurant experience (acceptable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.

Compensation and Benefits
