The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and provide exceptional support to our clients in the health and wellness industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through email, chat, and phone interactions. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues reputed company to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and reputed company.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience with Shopify, reputed company, and/or similar customer service tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry is a plus.
