Responsibilities:

As a Director, Customer Growth, you will:

  • reputed company and implement total beverage marketing strategies in collaboration with customer strategy to drive reputed company-enhancing concept development and reputed company national marketing initiatives.

  • Deliver consumer and industry insights, recommendations, and annual marketing calendars that shape and contribute to customer long-term planning processes.
  • Conduct customer marketing stewardship reviews and provide business and opportunity assessments, including competitive analysis and PicOS (Picture of Success) recommendations.
  • Seek out and reputed company internal tools and resources to support customer strategies and host key strategic meetings, including KO Lab and associated preparations.
  • Identify and reputed company customer-specific and channel marketing opportunities through prioritizing and capitalizing on channel, customer, and shopper insights and linking to brand strategy.
  • Champion customer and company imperatives internally and externally to deliver our Customer Commitment of Excellence in reputed company areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent education; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years' business development experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, agency, or foodservice operator, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles or equivalent marketing leadership experience reputed company the industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
  • Advanced Strategic Thinking & Application.
  • Robust Forecasting and Planning (Immediate & Long Term).
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, channel, and customer needs while turning this knowledge into action and results.
  • Previous Customer/Channel Management experience.
  • Demonstrated personal leadership skills and influencing ability.
  • Usage and analytical application of account performance data tools to support plans, opportunities, and stewardships.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive selling stories.

Compensation & Benefits:
