arenaflex is currently seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Imaging Clerk to join our Mailroom Operations team in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mail and documents. As a Data Entry and Imaging Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:- Opening, sorting, and controlling mail for processing
- Sorting and correcting electronic documents through site verification and basic knowledge of data for each document type
- Imaging and scanning documents received through OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Sorting and correcting electronic documents
- Preparing documents for imaging and processing
- Assisting other employees in completing their tasks and performing other duties as assigned
- Mentoring new employees and contributing to a team-oriented environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:- Computer experience beyond using the internet and email
- Windows-based computer experience
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills
- Quality-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks daily by reputed company
- Ability to adapt to continual processing changes and learn new tasks
- High School diploma or GED Certification at a minimum
- PC experience reflected on your resume
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience in processing mail and/or operating Imaging and OCR equipment is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in a production and fast-paced environment is beneficial.Work Environment and Culture
