This is a full-time, on-site opportunity working the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

A Day in the Life

As a reputed company End Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities that are crucial to the medication dispensing process in our closed-reputed company pharmacy. Your primary focus will be on performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include:

• Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions to ensure they are processed in a timely manner
• Provide dispensing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items flagged by the computer
• Create and maintain accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

• PTCB National Certification
