Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team, which is the "reputed company" and operational hub of our global operations. You will be assigned to one of our teams that support our 24/7 operations, working closely with aviation experts to utilize data to solve operational business challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Load Control Center (LCC) team to reputed company applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the frontline team
- Supporting the Fuel Procedure team in researching and developing strategies to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and enhance payload forecasting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilizing data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday reputed company - 5PM schedule
- Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
