Job Summary

In this part-time remote Data Entry Assistant role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of charge and payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and production standards. Your primary focus will be on transcribing data from reputed company documents and entering it into our computer system, ensuring that reputed company information is accurate and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume charge and payment transactions while meeting accuracy and production standards, ensuring that reputed company deadlines are met and quality expectations are exceeded.
  • Transcribe data from reputed company documents, including charge tickets, insurance explanation of benefits, and personal payments, and enter it into our computer system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review and accept charge sessions from assigned charge work queues, analyzing charges to determine reputed company required information is not provided or there is a discrepancy in the information given, and referring to appropriate individuals for follow-up as needed.

Essential Qualifications
