Job Summary The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of software engineers, guiding both technical execution and professional growth. This role partners closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-quality software, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for: People Leadership

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (6+ years in the industry).

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing software engineers.
• Proven experience as a software engineer with expertise in web development.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in modern frameworks.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful API design.
• In-depth experience building and deploying applications using AWS services.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and code review processes.

Preferred

• Experience with SQL and/or No

SQL databases.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Prior experience delivering web applications at scale.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and testing frameworks.
