• The successful candidate will be responsible for covering patient initial intake evaluations occasionally and covering classes in the gym occasionally.
• Responsibilities include maintaining data collection for reportable patient outcomes, chart audits, staff education and orientation, referral and eval management, handling staff callouts, managing patient scheduling template in epic, along with other day to day operational duties. This position is 32 hours, Monday through Friday, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call time Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of Cardiac/Telemetry/Critical Care experience
• Has experience and is comfortable with patient's s/p MI (heart attack), PCI (Cardiac stent placement), Heart Failure, and patients with chronic lung disease
• Excellent computer skills (reputed company Office, specifically reputed company)
• Experience using LSI (cardiac rehab monitoring system) and EPIC are a plus but not required.
