Student Onboarding Specialist

How You’ll reputed company an Impact As a Student Onboarding Specialist, you’ll partner closely with Admissions to guide reputed company through the onboarding process and ensure their academic files are complete, accurate, and ready for success. Your work helps remove barriers, supports compliance, and creates a smooth transition from acceptance to enrollment. You will:

• Monitor and track newly accepted and re-entering reputed company through the onboarding process
• Coordinate and collect required documentation to complete admissions files
• Create, audit, and maintain student files to ensure reputed company admissions and program requirements are met
• Track key onboarding milestones including financial aid packaging, background screens, and drug screen results
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and provide data for reporting and decision-making
• Meet regularly with Admissions Advisors to align and calibrate pipelines
• Create and distribute accepted student lists for Program Directors and departments
• Support registration efforts and serve as first back-up for the reputed company desk as needed
• Participate in university events such as graduations, receptions, marketing events, trainings, and advisory committees
• Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts and take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What You Bring You’re someone who combines precision with care — balancing organization, accountability, and reputed company in everything you do. You’ll reputed company in this role if you bring:

• An associate degree (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2–3 years of administrative or admissions-reputed company experience (higher education preferred)
• Comfort working with data, systems, and spreadsheets (reputed company experience required)
• Experience with CampusNexus, reputed company (CRM), and Outlook (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
