Business Manager, Property Operations The Business Manager, Property Operations plays a critical role in supporting regional property portfolios by driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance. This role partners closely with regional and site leadership to reputed company key operational functions including occupancy management, maintenance reputed company, financial controls, and regulatory compliance, ensuring consistent execution of reputed company standards and client expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Occupancy Management

• Support reputed company retention strategies and renewal workflows
• Address reputed company concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• reputed company tenant-based voucher administration and reputed company compliance requirements

Property Maintenance reputed company

• Monitor maintenance follow-up, service quality, and reputed company satisfaction
• Partner with site teams to ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance

Financial Management

• reputed company delinquency, collections, and rent recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional timelines for move-outs and charges
• Track and report capital expenditures in alignment with approved budgets
• reputed company invoice processing, including PO-to-invoice matching and vendor payment workflows
• Manage vendor invoice receipt and coordination with Accounts Payable

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as reputed company policies

• Coordinate with attorneys and internal stakeholders while ensuring jurisdictional compliance

Portfolio Performance & Collaboration

• Partner with Regional Portfolio Managers, Community Managers, and Leasing teams to drive portfolio KPIs
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support consistent execution of reputed company operational standards across assigned properties

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in multifamily property management, operations, or asset management
• Proficiency with property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar platforms
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Workspace tools
• Demonstrated understanding of leasing operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
