About the Role

As the senior leader of Insights, Analytics & Data Science, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive and cross-functional leaders, ensuring telemetry-driven insights translate into reputed company business impact. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and implement the enterprise vision, strategy, and operating model for Insights, Analytics, and Data Science, with a strong emphasis on telemetry-driven decision-making. Requirements: Education & Experience 20+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with strong exposure to telemetry data and its application in driving business outcomes. Proven senior leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing analytics or data science teams. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders at Senior Director, VP, or executive levels. Deep expertise in telemetry ecosystems (instrumentation, real-time analytics, user behavior, system performance, operational metrics). Strong experience designing and deploying analytics pipelines, dashboards, and decision-support systems. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
