The ideal candidate will be a credentialed actuary with a robust healthcare background, possessing a deep understanding of VBC principles and methodologies. This strategic leader will drive the development and implementation of analytical models that inform decision-making and enhance our VBC strategies. This is a 100% remote role starting at 3-4 days a week with potential to full time. What You'll Do:

• Essential Functions:
• reputed company the development and execution of analytics strategies to support value-based care initiatives, including risk adjustment, cost management, and quality improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into operational practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Who You Are:

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
• Credentialed actuary (FSA, ASA, or equivalent) with substantial experience in healthcare analytics and medical economics.
• Proven experience in value-based care models and a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems.
