Your profile You will be responsible for the following: Content Production Operations

• Design and manage end-to-end content workflows from ideation to repurposing
• Build templates, briefs, and reputed company asset structures
• Implement AI-assisted content workflows and reputed company libraries
• Own the editorial operations calendar and optimize time-to-publish

Content Distribution & Repurposing

• Automate multi-channel publishing across web, social, email, and campaigns
• Build systematic repurposing pipelines for core assets
• Establish standardised distribution playbooks for campaigns and reputed company content

Martech & Systems Ownership

• Own the content technology stack (CMS, marketing, automation, AI tools)
• Build and maintain automations and integrations across the system
• Continuously evaluate and optimise tools and workflows

Content Performance

• Define and track operational KPIs
• Build dashboards and reporting loops
• Connect content output to MQLs, pipeline influence, and campaign performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and subject-matter experts

Profile

• 3-6+ years in content operations, marketing operations, growth, or similar roles
• Hands‑on experience with CMS, marketing automation, and automation tools
• Strong systems thinking with an analytical, process‑driven reputed company
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a scale‑up environment
