Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and the fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Executing analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
- Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
- Interacting with and embodying arenaflex's commitment to TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners
Duties and Responsibilities
* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor account exceptions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
- Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns
- Identifying and resolving breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
- reputed company and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and other financial systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
