Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Representative to join reputed company on a part-time, remote basis. As a reputed company Representative, you'll be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to our clients, as well as onboarding new customers and maintaining our knowledge reputed company. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a reputed company Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and being proactive reputed company signs of poor health occur
• Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicating with the arenaflex Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads reputed company solving issues reputed company to the ordering platform or agent staffing; escalating to arenaflex Account Management and Leadership as needed
• Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in arenaflex's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
• Helping maintain arenaflex's knowledge reputed company for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOP's
• Tracking and documenting reputed company happenings in reputed company, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
• Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What sets you up for success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role. True call center experience would be a plus.
• Flexible/open availability.
• Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency.
• Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed and take pride in your work. It's clear that you're invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of the company you represent.
• Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy. CRM/ticketing system experience is preferred, but not required.
