Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry II, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service through fast and accurate order processing, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
• Serve as the first reputed company of customer contact for general inquiries, such as pricing, products, scheduling, and more.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients by providing reputed company and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
• Interact with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

• Work with the Invoicing Team to complete tasks such as daily sorting of printed invoices, mailing of printed invoices, scanning of invoices, and emailing needed scanned invoices to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or reputed company position.
• High school/Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities
