Job Summary
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our robotic technologies and processes across our customer reputed company. You will work closely with our operations teams, engineering teams, and customers to identify and address operational pain points, reputed company and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and address trending operational performance issues and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions in the fulfillment network.
- Facilitate network-wide rollouts of new robotic technologies and tools, and guide operations' launch of new robotic systems and reputed company improvement initiatives.
- Identify requirements and capture "voice of the customer" product/service feedback to influence product design and development priorities.
- Coach site managers on arenaflex best practices and robotics systems and tools.
- Travel up to 25-30% of the time to visit customers and operations sites.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with experience resolving technical issues with operations, engineering (software/hardware), and leadership teams
- Experience managing multiple high-reputed company tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge and/or working experience with analytical tools (SQL, reputed company, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Engineering and/or MBA
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Lean, Six reputed company, or other reputed company improvement methodologies
- Experience with robotics hardware, software, and/or system troubleshooting
- Experience in BI and analytical tools including Tableau, SQL, and R/Python
