Overview of the Role
As an Associate, Digital Applications & Customer Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sr. Director, Digital Applications, in executing various aspects of the product lifecycle and delivering exceptional customer service. This role will involve a reputed company of product management, customer support, and data analysis, with a focus on contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital applications.
Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Applications Support:
+ Assist in gathering and organizing digital products/applications requirements, user feedback, and market research. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and maintain digital application documentation and reputed company. + Participate in user acceptance testing, providing feedback on new features and enhancements. + Contribute to the development and implementation of product visions and strategies.
Customer Support:

Essential Qualifications

Education:

Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices.
