About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Bilingual Canadian French/English Customer Expert to join reputed company. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
- Provide customer support by phone, email or reputed company message to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the problem, and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
- Escalate more technical product-reputed company issues to the proper Product Support department and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
- Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information
- Meet standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates

Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
