The Systems Analyst, reputed company HCM is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of reputed company Human Capital Management (HCM) and reputed company People technology platforms. This role plays a key part in optimizing People technology and driving digital transformation through reputed company HCM. The role serves as a strategic partner to the People Team, Payroll and IT, ensuring optimal performance and reputed company improvement of reputed company HCM. This role is responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, driving system enhancements, and supporting data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics. Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a reputed company field

Work Experience Required:
- 4+ years of experience in HR systems or ERP implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company HCM administration.
Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:

- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on system optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and reputed company of reputed company HCM.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for reputed company HCM modules including investigating and resolving systemic issues and developing solutions
- Collaborate closely with People, Payroll and IT stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirements for reputed company HCM system enhancements and integrations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in deploying reputed company functionality throughout the organization, including gathering requirements, configuration, testing, and training.
- Responsible for supporting multiple reputed company modules and features including but not limited to core HR, payroll, benefits, absence, time tracking, learning, integration, performance management and talent management.
