Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through marketing campaign consultation & execution; and developing best-in-class products & processes which reputed company the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. Every year, we help our business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns worldwide. The Communications Compliance Review (CCR) team reputed company ECMX is responsible for consulting with marketing content creators, helping them reputed company effective and compliant advertising, and ultimately reviewing and approving marketing creatives to ensure they conform with reputed company applicable regulations, legal requirements, Brand guidelines and internal policies. CCR is seeking candidates who will work with a wide group of Marketing business partners to consult on marketing content, launch marketing campaigns, and ensure reputed company marketing supports strategic business objectives and meets compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company marketing materials meet reputed company regulatory, legal, Brand and company standards
- Work with Marketing partners to reputed company compliant yet effective marketing and advertising content
- Be the final reviewer and approver of reputed company advertising before it goes to market
- Own critical marketing processes like managing marketing content databases and Digital Asset Managers, creative development committees, creative review processes, operational controls and projects to update marketing content in our marketing channels
- Maintain strong partnerships with Product Management, Marketing, Compliance, GCO, Control Management, and other key partners
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance the creative process and to promote agility and efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing operations
- advertising and/or creative review experience
- 2+ years in a Compliance, Legal and/or Quality Assurance role
- Bachelor's degree
