Job Overview The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role manages the accounting team, maintains internal controls, ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and provides financial insights to support business decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end reputed company processes

• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate and manage external audits and auditor relationships
• Support SOX compliance and risk management initiatives (if applicable)
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
• Assist with preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Support cash flow planning and working capital management
• Tax & Treasury reputed company

• Coordinate with external tax advisors and consultants

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Required (Non-Negotiable):

• Impeccable spoken and written English (near-native reputed company required)
• Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time consistently
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Tax regulations and U.S. GAAP is required
