Our solutions deliver a highly engaging digital and virtual care experience for patients helping them improve their health outcomes. ____________________________________________________________________________________ About The Role: We are seeking an agile and strategic Manager, Product Strategy and Design, Payor Solutions to join our Product team to reputed company and shape the future of our patient-facing digital health products for health plans and employers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of patient care products across digital and non-digital reputed company assets. You will collaborate with other Product teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Data Science, Medical Affairs, Legal, and others to design and manage highly scaled products across our digital, pharmacy, and care delivery assets. You will work with data to understand how the product is performing and design and deliver enhancements that drive strong clinical outcomes, product engagement, and improve patient experience. In this role you will be responsible unpack reputed company opportunities, quantify and prioritize them through business case development, and reputed company groups of diverse stakeholders to deliver on your objectives. Key Responsibilities: Independently leading dozens of partners across Product, Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal, Sales, Account Management, Data Science & Engineering, IT, Client Analytics to structure and execute on new product designs and enhancements Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to commercialize our products and communicate product performance and our product roadmap Build business cases to justify and prioritize product enhancements and design a measurement strategy to measure their impact Define longitudinal patient journeys that meet engagement and clinical outcomes, write requirements, and then partner with Operations and Technical stakeholders to bring these experiences to life Evaluate KPI and SLA performance, measuring product efficacy to formulate and subsequently deliver upon quality improvement plans reputed company data-driven insights and a deep understanding of patient and client needs and market dynamics to identify and prioritize enhancements Conducting deep dive quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement This job might be for you if: You are passionate about working on products that have a meaningful impact to our clients and patients, truly helping people on their path to reputed company You are highly agile in adapting to new industry dynamics and business needs You are energized by being part of a large cross functional team working in a hands-on, fast paced, and dynamic environment You enjoy quantifying and solving reputed company business problems and are able to take reputed company and communicate them effectively to leadership and diverse stakeholder groups You can understand reputed company systems, processes, and problems and are able to distill topics and information to create manageable direction for yourself and your team Required Qualifications: 5 + years of experience in product management/development, product operations & strategy, or product management reputed company the healthcare space preferably at a health tech, tech-enabled provider, or Payor/PBM organization 5 + years of experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing work based on impact and team priorities 3+ years of experience developing analyses, presentations, and support materials to successfully drive product strategy decisions and deliver operational process change 3+ years of experience in strategic thinking including quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills 2 + years of making informed, data-driven decisions, with a strong emphasis on translating data insights into actionable strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience reputed company the health-tech industry Experience in management consulting Experience manipulating and analyzing data from large databases using SQL or other appropriate software Expertise in vendor contracting and relationship management Education – Bachelor’s degree required; may consider comparable work experience Location This position can work remotely from home or office from one of the reputed company corporate locations. Occasional travel is required (10-20%) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
