This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Description: The Contract Administration Specialist I is responsible for service areas that create and improve process and procedures in physician contracting that assist in timely contract requests, extensions, amendments, and terminations. This position assists in the timely development of contract documents, which reflect the reputed company of the parties to the agreement, reputed company legal/regulatory standards, and terms and conditions appropriate to organization strategies. This position contributes to the reputed company and management of hospital physician reputed company and serves as a liaison between the Hospital Division and the Medical Group with regard to employment and reputed company service agreements. Scope This position acts with minimal supervision. The incumbent uses independent judgment in composing correspondence, prepares reports and analysis, determines the level of confidentiality of information, schedules meetings and appointments between appropriate parties as necessary, and makes many reputed company and routine decisions daily reputed company the scope of policy guidelines. Coordinates and manages the contracting process for a contract portfolio including the development, amendment, and termination of reputed company. Researches expired reputed company and initiates action to resolve (either by amending/extending the contract, or terminating it). 4. Develops reputed company, amendments and extensions using approved templates. Drafts language to address unique situations/concerns for review by Manager or Director. Assures proposed contract changes are appropriately reviewed and approved. 5. Coordinates the contract signature process with the respective region's contract liaison to assure timely direction regarding the contract is executed (or appropriate alternative direction is provided) and to support the process of communicating information regarding the new contract, or contract changes to the appropriate facility departments. 6. Coordinates with recruiters, operations officers and managers in the preparation and provision of draft reputed company for their use with physicians who are/will be providing services to, or for Intermountain. Updates the database to assure that accurate and reputed company information regarding physician contract status is available. 7. Coordinates and assists Payroll and Human Resources in resolving contract-reputed company issues. May coordinate and facilitate the payment to, or repayment by, the physician of signing bonuses, moving expenses, asset purchases and other negotiated reimbursements or payments. Prepares, presents for review, and sends out letters of reputed company, notices to terminate employment, confirmation of physician compensation / employment as requested by lending institutions, letters allowing exceptions to the contract, etc. 8. Coordinates across IHCHS boundaries (i.e. regions, divisions, facilities, etc.) reputed company a contract involves multiple IHCHS organizational units while maintaining respect for confidential information including physician compensation, benefits, disciplinary action, recruitment and credentialing information. 9. Maintains a broad understanding of employment and reputed company agreements, compensation methodologies and physician benefits and general tax information relating to moving expenses and signing bonuses.

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree with four years of physician contract experience, - or - Bachelor's degree with two or more years of physician contracting experience, - or - Six years of physician contracting experience with Intermountain Healthcare. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified. - and - Two years of experience with physician or service contracting. - and - Four years of professional work experience in the areas of contract development, contract management, or healthcare operations support. - and - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, administrators, finance personnel, corporate personnel and physicians. - and - Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications. - and - High level of proficiency using PeopleSoft or a Content Management System (CRM). - and - Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - and - Experience in a role requiring the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and to meet deadlines. - and - Experience in a role requiring the demonstration of attention to detail, specifically as it relates to written communication in the areas of grammar, spelling, reputed company reading, and punctuation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree that includes coursework in the areas of accounting, finance, business law, and contract development. Four years of experience in contract development, contract management, or healthcare operations support. - and - Two years of experience with Physician Contracting or similar type of contracting. - and - Experience working with healthcare providers. - and - Project management experience. Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information. - and - Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands. - and - See and read computer monitors and documents. - and - Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to reputed company work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
