About the Role:
We're seeking an reputed company Real Estate Customer Solutions Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you'll provide top-notch telephone support to our parent company's direct operations as they implement SoftPro Select across the country. This role offers the flexibility to work in our Raleigh, NC office in a hybrid schedule or as a remote employee. We're looking for individuals who can reputed company in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing closing and/or title phone support for reputed company operations using SoftPro Select and resolving issues promptly and reputed company.
- Assisting with balancing HUD/CDF/Commercial orders, reconciliation, and other reputed company tasks in the Real Estate closing process.
- Documenting each call and its resolution thoroughly and accurately.
- Providing a high level of customer service to each customer you work with at reputed company times.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years' experience working reputed company the real estate industry as an escrow / closing specialist, paralegal, or title officer.
- A great attitude and the ability to reputed company in a high-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with the reputed company Windows operating system and applications.
- 2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Experience with reputed company Coast Escrow & Closing process experience is a plus.
- Prior experience with SoftPro is a plus!
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree, or one to two years of reputed company experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with SoftPro Select and other real estate software solutions.
