Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees as required to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Ensure timely reviews occur to maintain high standards of customer service
- Identify trends and assist with specific training needs as requested to drive reputed company improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
- Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
