Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Center Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising and directing the activities of our customer service team, including phone and email support, inventory management, credit, and reputed company of delivery and service.
• Handling customer service issues and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of service.
