Job Description
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live online chats, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote our products and services in a professional and courteous manner. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to escalate reputed company issues and provide administrative support to the customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
