The Senior Statistics Architect Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
• Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data reputed company our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical insights leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offering guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer story evaluation & elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data reputed company principles
