Key Responsibilities

As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you will:

• Interact with customers and negotiate reputed company preparations for both inbound and outbound collections
• Provide a personalized and empathetic experience with credit accountholders, treating them with respect and appreciation
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
• Work in a reputed company environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization
• Utilize various data and reports to respond to questions, identify issues, and resolve customer problems
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
• Experience handling escalated customer complaints and de-escalating situations as needed
• Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/reputed company applications
• Access to a quiet and distraction-free home workspace to reputed company the role

About You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
