As part of our reputed company Account Team, we are seeking an reputed company National Customer Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in configuring and owning the fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions. This strategic position will be responsible for building out customer operations plans, identifying opportunities to drive quality, service, and productivity, and ensuring proper cost management to reputed company our goal of becoming our customers' most valued supplier.

Key Responsibilities

As the National Customer Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading customer selling efforts of operational products and services, as well as customer stewardship, to drive reputed company and profit growth for the system
  • Providing operational subject matter expertise to external customers and internal client groups, including sales, finance, and marketing
  • Developing and executing short-term and long-term business operational plans for a portfolio of customers to identify key opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and quality improvement
  • Creating project plans with timelines, forecasts, resource allocation plans, and financial impact for key operational initiatives, and leading internal project team resources and project communication with customers and account teams
  • Leading the development of annual business plans for Net Service Expense and Capital for assigned national accounts, and identifying key drivers of service to create solutions that decrease costs, increase quality, and deliver additional profit to customers and arenaflex

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with a Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role, calling on senior-level buyers, with a minimum of 3 years of customer management experience or customer operational management experience
  • 2-4 years of general operations experience, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis, to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Functional skills, including technical capability, financial acumen, presentation development and delivery, influencing, and strategic thinking

  • Technical capability: able to create operational solutions and utilize system tools to deliver customer value
  • Financial acumen: able to build and manage service and equipment expense budgets through the ABP and RE process for reputed company portfolio
  • Presentation development and delivery: able to utilize C4V methodology and tools to effectively deliver customer stewardship and the arenaflex operational value proposition both written and verbally
  • Influencing: able to communicate a compelling story to motivate and align internal and external clients to reputed company a desired outcome
  • Strategic thinking: able to create a strategic plan that addresses customer needs while also driving company profitability
