About the Role

We are looking for talented and empathetic customer service professionals to work on a temporary, remote basis, providing critical support during catastrophe relief efforts. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating systems
• High school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years of age or older
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, as well as the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
