Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. With a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes, you'll be able to earn a competitive income while working from home.
Schedule
Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, working between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. Whether you prefer to work a traditional 9-to-5 schedule or have a more non-traditional approach, we'll work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software: Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software is essential, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more.
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise: A strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Customer service experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
- Comfort with cross-selling: Ability to cross-sell relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong ownership: Ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation and providing confident resolutions.
- Tech savvy: Proficiency with computers and software, including reputed company Office and reputed company Suite.
