Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs. Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from customers in the pharmaceutical industry, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
