Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service support to our clients reputed company inbound and outbound calls, emails, or through the internet. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and at least three to six months of relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field. You should be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, have strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Additionally, you should be dependable with strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking, and able to adapt to changes quickly.
