Job Overview

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, providing white-glove treatment and exceptional service to discerning clients. As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues, using your knowledge of luxury retail and high fashion to provide personalized recommendations and support
  • Utilize your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to drive sales, resolve issues, and deliver white-glove treatment to discerning clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, brand offerings, and product knowledge to provide informed and personalized support to customers

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our values and culture. These include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail or high-end environment
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen sense of style and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Knowledge of luxury retail brands, high fashion, and haute couture, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
