Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical and data entry support to the Benefit Development and Backing team, which is part of the arenaflex Choice Help Group. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-analysis of customer programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making
• Investigate the performance of different pilot drives using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify opportunities or gaps that the project needs to consider or address
• Support the design and development of arenaflex tools to improve financial targets, with a focus on top-line to reputed company switches and the enhancement of significant value chain capabilities
• Model business scenarios based on reputed company datasets and business needs/requirements
• Provide reputed company analyses and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a reputed company field
