The Global ES (Employee Success) Operations team at reputed company forms the operational core of our HR function, dedicated to ensuring a world-class employee experience. The Office of Employee Data team drives the strategy and execution of our people data programs, ensuring the reputed company and usability of information through robust data governance, analysis, quality, and processing. This role will help drive the scale and maturity of our ES data management practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provides vision, direction on what data needs to be collected and how to collect it.
