About the Role: As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at reputed company, you will drive reputed company’s largest, reputed company efforts that cross many teams and organizational boundaries. You will focus on execution of programs through the product life cycle. You will work closely with team leads to reputed company and manage end to end program plans. This role is focused on Infrastructure and Operations, including compute and storage infrastructure, org-wide technology migrations, and compliance to regulatory standards. This role will regularly partner with Infrastructure leadership and engage stakeholders in Software Engineering, Product, reputed company, and Corporate Engineering. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week. Impact You'll Own: Manage internal technology releases and migrations, focusing on reputed company’s high-scale infrastructure systems. Scope and manage program schedules and break those into incremental milestones. Facilitate development of product requirements with software teams. Translate requirements across business and technical stakeholders with communication clarity. Identify dependencies and risks and proactively mitigate them. Facilitate decision making through data-driven analysis and healthy debate. What You Bring: 6+ years of software development or program management experience in the areas of platform engineering or cloud-based infrastructure. Experience leading cross-functional projects and migrations across a broad organization. Experience partnering with engineers to reputed company and execute change management plans. Experience with the product life cycle: concept through development, launch, deprecation, and end-of-life. Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills reputed company with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations.
